Our PPCs: Bridget Fox, Cities of London & Westminster

Bridget Fox is our interim Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for the constituency of Cities of London and Westminster.



Bridget read History & French at Balliol College, Oxford before training as a librarian at the British Library. After a career in information management, she moved into environmental work, first working on planning and renewable energy and since 2015 for a sustainable transport charity.

As Deputy Leader of Islington Council 2000-2006, she led the Liberal Democrats on environmental issues across London on the Association of London Government Transport & Environment Committee.

Bridget has served as a school governor, charity trustee and member of the City Fringe regeneration board and in 2012 was one of the Liberal Democrat team of London-wide assembly candidates.

Bridget lives and works near City Road, with her partner Richard who is head of Treasury Management at a leading international bank.
